This has been borne out in the history of the Church - from the Apostles onwards. - One only has to look at the oddity of two 'Infallible' Popes - one at Avignon and one at Rome - at the same time. Who was 'The Boss' at that time.<br /><br />However, the real point at issue here is: Has the Church ever made mistakes? And the answer must be YES!
