Who are the observers going from Province of Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia?
ReplyDeleteAccording to the Bishop of Nelson, Rt Rev Richard Ellena's newsletter to clergy, dated 29 March 2010, he and Rev Dr Tim Harris, Dean of Bishopdale Theological College, Nelson are going (http://www.nelsonanglican.org.nz/regulars/fFullText.aspx?editcode=BISHOP ).
ReplyDeleteThere may be others but I do not know anything further than the above information.
thanks
ReplyDeleteWas Dr. Williams invited to GSE4?
ReplyDeleteIf so, has he accepted?
Hi G. Swink Smith,
ReplyDeleteI do not know the answers to your questions for sure. From the programme it does not appear that he is coming to GSE4. ++Rowan has been, I think, to a previous encounter. Generally I find Global South to be friendly towards ++Rowan so he may have been invited. His not coming in that case I would put down to other commitments. But that is speculation!
Thank you. This is an important meeting..the Global South has declared a 4th GS Encounter necessary since 2007.
