Thanks for this link, Peter, Bishop Daniel makes a lot of sense - if only on the premise that we all ought to sign up - and then do our own thing, regardless. After all, in an odd sort of side-line, Section 4 still allows each province to maintain its own polity.
The question then might be. Why bother with the Covenant Process at all? Why not just go along with what we're already doing? Proclaiming the Gospel in our own separate contexts. Surely, we could still be Anglicans?
