For overseas readers: NZ has a controversial politician who is like a cat with nine lives, could be re-elected to parliament this Saturday ... and cause much consternation :(

Anonymous said...: I wouldn't be too concerned. I think he damaged his campaign when he said that he would not give confidence and supply to either party, but instead vote issue by issue.

At a time of global economic instability such a policy is insane and I find it difficult to understand why people keep supporting a guy who clearly cares only for himself and his own self-aggrandisement.; November 23, 2011 at 12:18 PM

Welcome to this blog on Anglican, theological, biblical and other matters, mostly missional or liturgical (but I reserve the right to write about cricket and politics). It is grounded in some islands at the bottom of the world which, together with a large island to our west, constitute fabulous Down Under.

I am Bishop of the Diocese of Christchurch in the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia (ACANZP).
